YOUR BRAND’S IQ TEST RESULTS:

Exceptional Phase
Your brand is fully in bloom
and turning heads.
This did not happen by accident. You built it.
Your brand is clear, consistent, and intentional, and that combination is genuinely rare. People recognize you before you even introduce yourself. They trust you before they have had a single conversation with you.
The truth is…
A brand as strong as yours can always bring even more connection and conversion. There is likely one area that has not kept pace with everything else, a touchpoint that is coasting, a message that no longer reflects where you are headed, or a voice that is not quite as consistent as the rest of your brand. You probably already know what it is.
The good news is…
You are not fixing problems. You are finding opportunities. The three tips below will help you identify exactly where your next level is hiding, and the AI prompts and free word bank guide further down the page will help you scale your brand voice without losing what makes it distinctly yours.
3 Things You Can Do
Now to Elevate Your Brand
Ask your best clients how they would describe you. Then really listen.
Pick three clients you love working with and ask them one question: “When you think about working with me, what three words come to mind?” Then compare their answers to the three words you would choose for yourself. If they match, you are doing exactly what you think you are doing. If there is a gap, that gap is a gift. It tells you exactly where your brand experience and your brand intention have drifted apart. That is precisely where your next level is hiding.
Find the one touchpoint that has not kept up with the rest.
You have a strong brand overall but there is probably one thing still coasting. A proposal template from three years ago. A website that no longer reflects where you are headed. A social presence that does not quite match the quality of your actual work. You already know what it is. Name it. Fix it. That one update will make the whole brand feel more cohesive, like putting the last piece of a puzzle in place.
Your brand voice needs a home outside of your head.
The brands that stay distinctive through growth are the ones that documented what sounds like them before they had to explain it to someone else. You do not need a 40-page brand bible. You need a simple voice guide, a few phrases that are always you, a few that are never you, and a paragraph that captures how you think about what you do. Do it now while it is still fresh and fully yours.
My Favorite AI
Prompts for This Phase
Whether you are just getting started with AI or can’t live without it, here are some of my favorite prompts I use myself and with clients at this stage.
Just copy, paste into your favorite AI tool, fill in the brackets, and let it go to work.
1. Find My Brand Gaps
“Here is how I would describe my brand in three words: [your words]. Here is my website homepage: [paste it]. Here is my Instagram bio: [paste it]. Here is a recent email I sent to my list: [paste it]. Tell me where the gap is between how I want my brand to feel and how it actually comes across. Be specific and give me three concrete things to fix.”
2. Document My Brand Voice
“I want to create a simple brand voice guide. Here are three examples of my writing that sound most like me: [paste them]. Based on these, describe my brand voice in one paragraph. Then give me ten phrases or sentences that sound like me, ten that would never sound like me, and three words that capture my tone. Format it so I can share it with a designer or copywriter.”
3. Refresh My About Page
“Here is my current about page: [paste it]. My brand has evolved and this no longer reflects where I am headed. My ideal client today is [describe them] and the transformation I provide is [describe it]. Rewrite my about page so it positions me as the guide for this client, reflects my current brand direction, and sounds like [your three words]. Keep it warm and human.”
4. Scale My Content Voice
“Here are five pieces of content I have written that best represent my brand voice: [paste them]. I want to create a content template I can use or give to someone else that captures this voice. Give me a fill-in-the-blanks post template for each of these formats: an educational tip, a client win, a personal story, and a call to action post. Each template should sound like me.”
5. Audit My Full Brand Story
“I want to make sure my brand is telling one clear, consistent story across every touchpoint. Here is my website tagline: [paste it]. Here is my Instagram bio: [paste it]. Here is my email welcome message: [paste it]. Here is my most recent social media post: [paste it]. Tell me whether these are all telling the same story. Identify the weakest link and rewrite it so everything feels cohesive and intentional.”
